Finally back on track....
Did weigh in -- got pictures and have my food for the week, and so since this past week I didn't have JC cuisine and still managed to to lose some - I know I am prohably full of sodium and am retaining fluid like sponge - and this will come off this week. I expect a 3-5 pound loss this week.
So I will be doing my biking, ab crunches, eating ONLY JC food - and see what happens.. and I think I will hit tht 285 pound benchmark. I think it's a psychological barrier of sorts.

I think this photoblogging is good becaue you really can see the progress, even ever so slowly --
But rapid weight loss is not heaalthy. 1 pound or 1% of one's body weight is heatlthy and i accept this.
