New Update And Best Personal Low: 285
I just knew that it was week off the cuisine with the high-sodium Lean Cuisine entree's that did it.
So a few days back on Jenny Cuisine, a couple of Cardio Vascular workout Bike Rides, Some Ab Crunches and here we are!
Can't wait for my weigh in this week!
17% Of My Total Body Mass GONE since Dec 22nd 2004
This is a net loss of 64.9 Pounds since the inception of the diet which puts me still at a BMI of 43 which was 52 when I started.
I think my earlier mini-goal for February is STILL possible despite the hiccups this month. That of reaching somewhere between 275-and-280.
