This is me, just back from a 440 cal burning Bike Ride....

And how do I know know that I burned that many cals? because I bought a special heart monitor watch that records your heart rate, througout and at tells you at the end, based on your resting heart rate, and your body weight and age - exactly how many calls you burned in the work out. I think it's a Dr.Phil product.
Anyways.
Thanks DAD for the Bike.. it certainly is a lovely gift and VERY HANDY.
BUT MY BUM still hurts.
Any suggestions on bike shorts with soft lambwool lining from any store that I could buy - because even the seats they sell in the stores to be more comfortable hurt like hell.
Now after some stretches, I am going to do some ab crunches as well.
