Update down to 284.2
Jenny Food all week, vitamins galore, lots of water, and came back this afternoon from a 40 minute cardiovascular workout on my bike for 50 minutes - 15 of which was just warming up before and slowing down and stretching.
I WILL get down to the 270's by the end of the month!
It will happen!
Thats 18% of my total mass lost!
