I expect a 3-5 pound loss this week.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So I will be doing my biking, ab crunches, eating ONLY JC food - and see what happens.. and I think I will hit tht 285 pound benchmark. So I have tried tremedously hard to mimic it. No can do. My weight is back up to 289!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;This is after drinking copious amounts of water AND my bike ride... which according to my Calorie Counting Heart Beats/Minute Calorie Counter watch burned 329 Cals&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But my lord... ladies...My pudendna IS SORE LADIES !&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;OUCH!... I am Sitting on heating pad as I sit just to type this.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But I WILL BIKE! I just need to get back into the swing of things.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thank god - Monday is coming and I can go to JC and get my cuisine and get back on track.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I think it's from all the damn sodium in the lean cuisine entrees!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I also went and bought one of those AbRoller excercise bars -- the kind where you can get a work out strictly on the abs - because while I am losing weight everywhere else... it's sticking to my tummy  -- and I'm getting el-flabbo there.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I used to go to the gym every day - can't afford that now - but this ab-roll bar was my favourite part of my work out when I did go to the gym... so I have an excercise mat and I did 30 reps of ab crunches with it tonight after getting it all assembled.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;feels good.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Eat right, eath healtyy, excericise and tone!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thats the plan.&lt;br /&gt;I swear - There are thousands of people every day who eat food and they don't end up like those of us with weight problems.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Food is an OBSESSION, much like Alcohol is an OBSESSSION to the Alcoholic.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I'm not obsessed with food anymore.&lt;br /&gt;I am obsessed with healthier living, looking better... buying make-up, getting my hair cut and styles. buying clothing.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;I don't want my first thought of the day to be about food.. and I realized a little while ago that I had started to break this compulsion, obsession, when I no longer was driven by "food" as an obsession.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Thats part of why Jenny Craig works. display: block; text-align: center;" alt="" src="http://photos1.blogger.com/blogger/6782/2092/400/Dec28weight.jpg" border="0" /&gt;&lt;/a&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So - last year I started, and I did really well, I went from 349 to 290 - but in July I ran out of money to keep up with the Jenny Cuisine and I quit going.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;But with Santa being generous this Xmass, I sallied forth back bravely to see what damage had been wrought by 6 months off the program.&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Good news! Only 10 Pounds!&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;And luckily my rewards package hasn't expired...&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;So... I'm back at it.I've decided to be more pro-active about this.I'm going to blog each day -- about how I am doing and upload pics of progress.So here goes.For Dinner tonight I drank some water, and I also had the Chicken Fettucini and for snack I had the walnut choco brownie. I am currently drinking coffee with splenda and non-dairy creamer, as well as water.We''ll see how my weight is in the morning.I also bought the JC Tanita Scale, because our scale is busted. It was giving really weird readings... driving me and my husband crazy.Have to step on it three times - because the first read would be off by 10 pounds or more.Here are my most recent body measurements which you can check against past body measurements to see the slow but steady progress..&lt;br /&gt;&lt;br /&gt;Bust 51.5 -- (down 6.5 inches from original)&lt;br /&gt;Waist 49-- (down 7 inches from original)&lt;br /&gt;Abdomen 56 -
